5 rooms apartment in Hammarbyhöjden Stockholm, 7 minutes by train/subway to City center, Sodermalm, Medborgarplatsen. 2-3 minutes walk to train from the apartment.

Who am I? 44 years old woman living with my best friend Rio 1,5 years old American Bulli dog, super social, friendly and always happy!

The room is 15 sqm with a queen size bed 160 cm wide, a desk to study, large screen flat tv "55", free WiFi, heating and electricity and warm water.

Shared kitchen and bathroom in the apartment.

Location: The apartment is located just around the corner of a huge nature reserve with lots of running and walking paths, lakes, free outdoor gyms and free outdoor swimmingpools during the whole summer!

Calm and secure area just around the corner of Stockholm City but still close to our amazing nature! Walking distance to Södermalm around 25 minutes.

I only accept female tenants!

If its possible I prefer an Italian or French girl, I speak Italian but wants to improve the language. The room is available from today! It's only me and my dog living in the apartment!
