Läge: Det är fem minuter till Piteå centrum, två minuter till SCA, tio minuter till Haraholmen, fyra minuter till Lasarettet, 30 minuter till Markbygden (Vindkraft) och fyra minuters promenad till välsorterad livsmedelsbutik.
Hyra 24,000 SEK/ månad. Hyran betalas i förskott varje månad.

Hyrestagaren ombesörjer också för gräsklippning sommartid (gräsklippare finns) samt viss snöskottning vintertid (material för detta finns också). Traktor kommer och tar bort snö från uppfarten efter större snöfall. Stor soptunna finns som skall ställas ut enligt schema som finns på kylskåpsdörren. Vid högtider kan ägaren mejla hyrestagaren om andra datum blir aktuella.

The house is 75 + 75 m2 equipped with beds for six people in a total of three bedrooms.

There is a toilet with shower upstairs and a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer, spa bath/shower and toilet downstairs.

Outside there is a secluded yard with a large patio, outdoor furniture, and a gazebo. The house is rented furnished and fully equipped. Towels and bed linen are included.

All electricity, water and rubbish collection as well as broadband are included.

No smoking or pets (Smoking area available outside).

Location: It is five minutes to the center of Piteå, two minutes to SCA, ten minutes to Haraholmen, four minutes to Lasarette, 30 minutes to Markbygden (Wind Power) and four minutes' walk to a well-stocked grocery store.

Rent 24,000 SEK/month. The rent is paid in advance each month. Termination by tenant one month in advance.

If the tenant misbehaves, the owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the house when moving out. If this is not done, the lessee will be charged a fee of SEK 10,000.
