chef looking for accomodation

My wife and I recently shifted to Gothenburg.I am doing a full time job and she is doing a part time job along with her studies. I am living in an apartment which is shared and facing lots of difficulties with the noise and disruption of other tenants which harm my wife's study and mental health. I am capable of paying the rent on time, don’t have any pet, non-smoker, no children. Polite, friendly and well behaved tenant. You will be glad to deal with me as I am good tenant.
